Ettridge Architecture Ltd has moved to the Waters' Edge Business Centre. Located in Barton-Upon-Humber, overlooking the river and the Humber Bridge, we are proud to be associated with one of the most environmentally aware office developments in the country.
Fifth Avenue Primary School - on site
The new Fifth Avenue Primary School has been on site since mid November 2006, with completion planned for February 2008. The steel frame is now complete - showing the outline of what will be one of the most energy efficient schools in the country. (See projects page for more detail)
Oxfordshire Barn to Office Conversions
Ettridge Architecture has recently been appointed to convert 1400 square metres of 19th Century agricultural building stock to 21st Century office use, maintaining a low ecological footprint. From the use of reclaimed on site stone and recycled plastic damp proof membranes, to heat pump technology and dynamic thermal modelling (to predict the seasonal performance of the proposals) – maximum respect for the environment will be attained.
